Abstract :
Indirect control action means that the control decision is subject to a nonlocal transformation before entering as a forcing term in the equation. Distributed and delayed control action is an example. We offer a model for such linear systems and provide a tool, namely the underlying measure, for analyzing it. Examples and applications to bang-bang and optimality are discussed.
