Abstract :
Molybdenum disulphide on gallium arsenide is a potential candidate for an efficient heterojunction photovoltaic cell, provided the MoS2 film is textured. We have achieved a substantial degree of the required texture using RF-magnetron sputtering at relatively high substrate temperature. However, using pulsed laser deposition, we have produced the desired texture at significantly lower substrate temperature
