Abstract :
This paper describes the hardware and software implementation oriented to obtain a flexible and integrated structure capable of giving a virtual representation of electric drives. Some details are given about the communication protocol between hardware modules which simulate electric and electronic components involved. Finally, the first experimental results are presented, obtained by a prototypical system built as described, together with a commentary of the tested system performances
