Abstract :
The traditional time-interval measurements have the flaws of Low precision and long time measuring, accordingly the method of Phase time-interval measurement is used in the paper. It can solve the contradiction between measuring precision and measuring time well and overcome the measuring principle error of the traditional time-interval measurements.
