Abstract :
This paper analyses limitations exist in the calculation of the land grading score though the simple network distance between the land cell and the land effection factors, and make three improvements: 1) establish a unified road network including the current roads and the planning ones; 2) define impedance Coefficient for different space-media(including roads) to correct the distance . As the shortest cost while routing; 3) think the desired distance is a fuzzy measure between the straight-line distance and the minimum cost network distance. By designing the algorithm the Empirical studies have done and shown that: After the above improvements, the land grading scores calculated from impedance-weighted network distance is more reasonable, more in line with the actual situation and expectations.
