Abstract

This paper present work of a diploma student in a field of mobile streaming. By creation of freely available software solution now it is easy to access hundreds of videos stored in Videoserver archive using mobile phone. Paper presents Videoserver as a complex platform with extended functionality widely used by students of Technical University in Kosice and thousands of other internet users. Article also deals with Videoserver extension to iPhone using dedicated web interface. Computer Networks Laboratory provides high quality content in modern ways including new architecture created and tested within the laboratory.
