Abstract :
Thanks to fast development of mobile technologies, it is possible to use modern mobile phones for different purposes and in areas for which they weren´t primarily intended. For example: entertainment, spreading information and so on. This paper deals with application for mobile technologies in process of learning in the form of so called mobile learning or mLearning. The basis for this form of education is the opportunity to learn anywhere and anytime. In this paper we analyse so far presented researches, projects and commercial applications in the field of education. The goal of our research was to design and implement application for smartphone, which will offer to students´ advantages of modern mobile devices in the process of computer programming learning. One of the functions of this application is to plan the learning process, so the student would use his free time to study. We have analysed the possibility of using mobile devices in the context of existing education system. We have designed and implemented an application NoMEd for educational content synchronization. And we also achieved actual learning results by training on the selected mobile device.
