Value is a construct that is hard to define and even harder to model and understand. This article provides a framework of analysis that helps the practitioner think through the concept of value creation in the new digital economy. This article also addresses different scenarios to deal with such issues as strategy implementation to work through before firms can leverage the web successfully to the fullest advantage
