Abstract
The article presents an architecture for organization ´consciousness´ as a principle for structuring organization activities from the knowledge management perspective. A process for creation of knowledge capital was interpreted in relation to this architecture, to illustrate how specific organization knowledge components may be aligned to specific aspects of organization practices
