Abstract
The problem of estimating time differences of arrival and spectral characteristics of multiple targets by sensor arrays is considered. A parametric model for the measurement vector is presented, and a technique for estimating its parameters is described. A high resolution spectral estimation technique is used to obtain the spectral characteristics of the targets, followed by a nonlinear optimization procedure to estimate time differences of arrival.
