Abstract :
Based on the correlation between outer protective structure, natural ventilation, natural lighting and illumination, as well as HVAC system, gets the thermal load and cold load of the designed building by using DeST, which is a dynamic energy consumption simulation software, and with a comparison with the standard building, explores the energy efficiency design in a form of full consideration of factors with coupling relationship and choosing design parameters reasonably, finally meets the requirement by optimizing HVAC system.
