Abstract :
In this paper, we examine the performance of minimum output energy, subspace, and minimum entropy criteria for blind acquisition/ linear-equalization of short-code CDMA signals. Environments with significant multipath, user load, and asynchronism are considered, and it is found that a minimum entropy criterion offers significantly superior MSE performance in these situations
