Abstract
The dynamic response of pavement and subgrade of highmay were analyzed by the developed two-dimension finite element numerical analysis procedure. The influencing of pavement base course stiffness, driving speed and vehicle weight on dynamic response of pavement and subgrade were discussed. The research shows that the vertical maximum vibration acceleration of pavement surface decreases with the base course stiffness increasing; except for base course, the maximum dynamic stress of other parts decreases; with the driving speed increasing, the vertical maximum vibration acceleration of pavement surface and subgrade increases, and the increasing amplitude reduces gradually along the depth direction; the maximum dynamic stress of surface and base course decreases with the driving speed increasing, but that of other parts under base course increases; the increasing of the vertical maximum vibration acceleration and maximum dynamic stress of the pavement surface and subgrade is very remarkable with the vehicle weight increasing.
