  • Abstract
    In this paper, we present the experimental results and evaluation of the Smart Box stimulation device for e-learning and medical applications in a P2P system which is based on JXTA-Overlay. The Smart Box is integrated with our P2P system as a useful tool for monitoring and controlling learners or patients activities. We found by experimental results that by Smart Box we can increase the learner´s concentration and check the patient´s situation. We also investigated the relation between learner´s body movement, concentration, and amount of study. Furthermore, we carried out experiments with a patient in the bed. From the experimental results, we conclude that the use of Smart Box is an effective way for e-learning and medical applications.
