  • Abstract
    The paper studies how to improve process quality of auto-welding process in an air-conditioner company. A fractional factorial DOE is conducted to identify the significant factors. Process parameters are optimized based on the result of the full factorial DOE. A control chart is implemented for continuous process monitoring and control
