Abstract
In this paper, a digital system is proposed for 100-channel low power wireless neural recording system which consists of 100 amplifiers, 10 multiplexers, 10 analog-to-digital converters (ADC), digital baseband and RF transceiver for data link and command link. The proposed system is designed in a 0.18 μm CMOS process and the total power of the digital system of two chips is approximate 800 μW with supplying by 1.8V voltage.
