Abstract :
Due to sensitive ecology, high capital cost and complex utilization technology, low-slope hilly land development faces planning challenges, which is an important choosing as urban construction. Taking Datian Machinery & Cast Industry City as an example, the paper suggests deciding landuse evaluation, industrial organization, vertical design, layout pattern based o and GIS technology, which is complemented with the principles in land consolidation engineering method.
