Abstract :
In order to maximum improve the economic benefit and social benefit on the Strategic alliance of harbor dry port, reduce social logistics overall costs. The paper applied strategic alliance theory in analyzing the stability of dry port-harbor alliance, and the brittleness and system collapse conditions of alliance, it constructed sharing mechanism of dry port-harbor based on the Shapley value in Game Theory to analyze stability of strategic alliance.
