  • Abstract
    As the important content during "the twelfth five-year plan", the new rural residential construction is the factor of improving the farmers\´ living conditions. Meanwhile "Changchun-Jilin-Tumen" district is opening pilot area the of the Tumen river. In this district, Korean traditional local-style dwelling building is the largest, in the process of socialistic new rural construction planning, we should be oriented to the history fully understand the value of history and culture of traditional local-style dwelling building with the attitude of being responsible for history and future. We should insist on the principle of combining conservation and utilization, respecting the local traditional architectural styles and living habits, inheriting the distinctive local architectural form and regional culture, and according to the concept of sustainable development and economic carrying capacity in order to improve the new rural residential construction. Besides, we should design creatively based on regional traditional culture and architectural features, thus, achieving sustainable development. Of the new rural construction.
