Abstract :
With the major basins of the hydropower station built one after another, usually as flood control and power generation, and other important role. The power station regulating the downstream from the dam will cause the water level changes, the navigation of the ship berth and will cause a certain impact. In the paper, the Xiangjiaba hydropower station hydraulic model will test the conditioning power station, downstream of the dam-water port the ship´s mooring stable condition, the water level of the moment, the flow rate variability and other factors, as the ship´s navigational control and election of certain guiding significance.
