Abstract :
Sometimes, we find decision situations in which it is difficult to express preferences by means of concrete preference degrees. The consistency measure is a vital basis for consensus model of group decision making, and includes two sub problems: individual consistency measure and consensus measure. In this paper, a consensus model for multiple attribute group decision making problems in which the experts use interval fuzzy number to represent their attribute values is presented and a two-stage (a consensus process and a selection process) approach is proposed to solve it.
