            Abstract : 
In the active power filter system, there is phase difference between the voltage sinusoidal quantity power of power network and the coordinate transformation sinusoidal quantity in harmonic and reactive current test method, which would cause the error of the test result. This paper analyzes the generation of the phase difference, also analyzes the error caused by phase difference with mathematical theory, the simulation result show theory is correct, and is the reference for the actual system constitution and test.
