Abstract :
In this paper, the PVDF stress sensor is designed and the structure and test circuit of PVDF stress sensor is systematically introduced. The stress in foam plastic is measured by customized PVDF stress sensor. The test shows that PVDF stress sensor has properties such as fast response, high sensibility, wide working range and etc. It is a kind of ideal sensor to measure shock wave pressure. At the same time, the test shows that UHMWPE fiber reinforced polyurethane foam has strongly attenuation effect of energy and pressure to explosive loading.
