Summary form only given. The objective of this paper is to present and discuss data requirements for detailed circuit breaker models. Such models include circuit breaker arc representation. The presentation targets high-voltage power network transmission line circuit breaker modeling. Implementation and simulation method details are based on EMTP (Electromagnetic Transients Program)
