  • Abstract
    Test platform of the electro-hydraulic control system for shield is an important basis equipment to carry out the key component testing of the electro-hydraulic control for shield and system technology experiment. The article mainly studied on the hydraulic control system design of the test platform. The hydraulic control system of cutter disk/ segment erector/screw conveyer loading simulation and driving experimental unit, simulation of thrust control system unit and motion control test system of hydraulic cylinder in multi-DOF segment erector unit were discussed separately. The research on test platform makes an actually significance for detecting and evaluating the key components and unit technology, and improving the reliability of shield electro-hydraulic control system.
