            Abstract :
This paper analyzes all sorts of existing problems of the coal mine management and monitoring system on coal mine and established the overall frame based on FIX (fully-integrated control system) software. Under the guidance of risk management and control, we combine the configuration monitoring technology, the risk identification model of major hazard sources, the non-linear mathematical model of equal-risk management and decision together to realize the intelligent identification, evaluation and decision of the risk source on-line in dangerous environment and increase the system´s reliability and timeliness. The research and application of the system will enhance the level of safety management and monitoring of coal mining enterprises in China.
