Abstract :
This article presents the results obtained during a measurement campaign performed at the Point of Common Coupling of a big aluminum industry with the Brazilian national interconnected system. The goal is to analyze the impact of that industry associated to voltage harmonic distortion, voltage fluctuation and voltage imbalance, especially during operation under contingencies. The analysis presented in this article followed the methods and procedures recommended by the Brazilian national system operator.
