Abstract
Rural and urban planning encompasses applied, natural, social sciences and the initial study by people from all involved disciplines. The inter-discipline human resource and geographic information system management integration can help resolve conflict while working toward a common project goal in community, quality management, rural and urban development. Quality management can be made easier through the adaptation of GIS information technologies for integration management of professional resources to elevate the disciplines standards in engineering, surveying, planning, design, construction and supervision.
