Abstract :
In recent years, there were a lot of malignant event reports about the university student against the law. Therefore, moral education is of most importance. Moral education courses should be combined with the life. Moral education through the computer network technology can improve the teaching effect. This relies on the construction quality of the computer aided teaching system.
