Abstract :
In this study HEK293 cell was treated with HCHO (ges 250 mu M) of different concentrations and Rab26 gene expression was examined by using RT-PCR method. The results showed that with the elevation of the concentrations of HCHO, the amount of DNA-protein crosslink (DPC) was significantly enhanced (P< 0.01). Meanwhile, accompanied with the elevation of DPC amount after HCHO treatment, the amount of replication and transcription of Rab26 was reduced as examined by PCR and RT-PCR method.
