Abstract :
At present, when the Government in China selects the location of affordable housing, there are so much subjectivity and randomness that it is difficult for affordable housing to make the best of their own advantages. For the purpose of solving the problem, a new method was brought up. Use entropy theory to determine the weight of the various impact indicators, on this basis, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the score of each site of affordable housing, and the area with the highest score will be the final location of affordable housing. The project example shows that: It is more reasonable and feasible to evaluate the location selection of affordable housing with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on entropy weight.
