Abstract :
Based on the research of Environment-Behavior Study and the analysis of marks of age, combinated relevant literature and investigation, choose the aged persons of central area as the study object, the requiring construction of public cultural facilities for the aged was studied, further more, Planning Measures were proposed, to faced with ever more serious the demand of aging.
