Study on the emergency mechanism of Chinese basic medical insurance system and its management informatization

In the past few years, public health emergencies are frequent in China. During the processing procedure, it not only exposed the deep level problems of public health system, but also highlighted a lot of hidden troubles in emergency management of basic medical insurance system. This article analyzes the problems of China´s basic medical insurance system, and expounds the impact from public health emergencies. Then, according to the problems of public health information system, the article offers measurements for establishing emergency mechanism of public health emergencies in medical insurance, and setting up the information platform. It offers a kind of thinking in solving blind spots of medical insurance during dealing with public health emergencies. In addition, it also facilitates the medical rescue work going along rapidly, efficiently and orderly. The casualty and health hazard will be reduced to the minimum.
