Abstract :
Ground beetle´s fibrinolytic Protein was researched on its S180 and H22 Tumor suppressor and inducing apoptosis on tumor-bearing mice. Methods: 100 mice were randomly divided into S180 group and H22 group, and the right armpit of each mouse was injected 0.2ml tumor cell suspension subcutaneously. It contains five sections, named Model group, Cyclophosphamide group (20mg/kg), High concentration group (2.90mg/kg), median concentration group (1.45mg/kg), Low concentration group (0.73mg/kg). 10 mice in each group were dose by hypodermic injection on the next day after inoculation, and administered once a day. After 8 days, mice were killed, and inhibition rate were calculate though the solid tumor in their armpits. Also the apoptosis rate and the expression of caspase-3 were determination. The results show that ground beetle´s fibrinolytic protein had a certain anti-tumor effect on S180 and H22 solid tumors, also it could lead to apoptosis and caspase-3 expression increased.
