Abstract :
Based on bionic modelling of artificial bone and tissue engineering research, structure design of bone scaffolds is produced through computer aided design software in this study. Moreover, matching relations of optimization parameters are determined accurately through theoretical analysis and experiment. From the contrast results, it shows that some necessary indexes, such as porous microstructure, porosity and aperture designed, are all satisfy the histological criteria of carrier scaffolds in bone tissue engineering.
