Abstract
Reconfigurable computing systems include multiple forms of compute resources. In a multi-tasking system, resources of each type-CPUs and reconfigurable hardware (RH)-must be carefully shared between executing threads to maximize overall system performance. This work examines the inter-dependences between CPU and RH allocation, and how changes to these can affect performance.
