Abstract :
This paper presents a remunerative proposal to the plants that are available to provide the blackstart service of the interconnected system. First, the concepts that explain some technical aspects related with the service are stated, then a technical and economic proposal to render the blackstart service, which is simulated using system dynamic, is outlined.
