Abstract :
Linear Asset is taking an increasingly important role in daily life. Segmentation serves as the fundamental issue for maintenance and further analysis. In this paper, we propose a new condition based dynamic segmentation approach, which keeps the within-segment consistency of the asset condition while making segments easily managed according to user input. In order to measure the segmentation performance, we design new evaluation criterion and conduct a group of experiments to verify our approach with other algorithms.
