Abstract
Logistics costs have already become an important strategic decision-making resource for enterprises to compete on market and maintain customer relationship. Cost control is particularly important for third party logistics (TPL) enterprise which has become the mainstream of modern logistics. However, irrational cost management and low competitiveness are prevalent in current TPL enterprises. This article intends to provide relevant cost reduction strategies by studying the relevant cost control issues existing in TPL enterprises.
