Abstract :
The magnetoresistance ratio of the magnetite film by powder jet deposition (PJD) method using 200-500 nm particle showed about -1.2% and the I-V curve did nonlinearity, which probably shows that the transport properties was caused by tunneling between particles. The film by mixture of 200-500 nm and 20-30 nm particles showed the nearly intrinsic properties. The magnetoresistance, I-V curves have been measured and the SEM (scanning electron microscope) images were observed.
