Abstract
Energy efficiency is one of the crucial issues for data center providers and many approaches are used to reduce the overall consumed energy. We now present an approach to improve their efficiency especially for mid-size data centers by optimizing the airflow within the server rooms which leads to a more efficient cooling circuit. Different scenarios can be simulated and compared and other approaches can be integrated like housing or changing of environmental settings.
