An empirical research on the relevance between the growth and tendency of investing of Chinese private-owned listed companies

In this paper we researched the relationship between the growth and tendency of investment of Chinese private-owned listed companies through empirical method. The result showed evidences that the historical growth of these companies put weak effect on their tendency of investment toward the future. On the other hand, these companies´ investments didn´t form obviously positive growth in their operating results. These evidences showed that these private-owned listed companies´ decision-making of investment were still short of moderatity, high-quanlity and rationality.
