Abstract
Variable temperature detector is the key component in developing the application of low resolution nuclear magnetic resonance analytic instrument. Because of the small volume, low power loss and controlled expediently, the semiconductor frigorific flake is used widely in each frigorific occasion. The research takes the semiconductor frigorific module to develop the variable temperature detector. We can get the advantages such as variable temperature in small range, the simple structure and the high ratio of quality and cost. The results have application value in practice.
