  • Abstract
    In the future, a system of smart traffic will be widely used. The information of vehicles especially the trucks on the express highway should be gathered completely. A composite structure with optical Fiber Bragg Grating can gather the truck information of gross rail load on axle, velocity, number of axles and so on. A method of load identifying was built and experiments were carried on. The results showed that this structure and method was good at acquisitioning information of truck on highway.
