Abstract :
A new method for building the uniform attitude reference of warship was presented in this paper. A certain number of IMUs (Inertial Measurement Unit: laser gyros and accelerometers) have been installed on various points of the warship to build a distributed inertial network together with the main inertial navigation system, which is optimized by genetic algorithm, and the fitness function of the genetic algorithm is based on the Modal Assurance Criterion (MAC) matrix of the ship. According to the output of the IMUs, the accurate deformation message of the warship can be obtained in time by the central integration computer with inertial matching method, and then the distributed inertial measurement based uniform attitude reference of warship will be built by getting the attitude massage of any battle station on the warship using information fusion algorithm. Simulation environment is also designed to validate the efficiency and veracity of the method presented.
