  • Abstract
    Ground treatment is necessary when the engineering geological features of foundation soil can not meet the demand of the engineering construction. Through analyzing and comparing several different ways of ground treatment, and taking into account of project cost, improved effect, engineering geological condition, engineering process , environmental and the other factors, the authors suggest to adopt the method of compacted cement-soil pile composite foundation. Having designed ground treatment parameter, examined the quality of compacted cement-soil pile, and performed the loading test of single-pole composite foundation, the authors reach the conclusion that the method of ground treatment can increase the ground bearing capacity and solve the problem of foundation distortion.
