Abstract :
In this study, the resonant vibration of CNC cantilevers based on a classical continuum model is investigated . The length dependencies of CNCs were fitted well to the continuum model. The shear modulus was also estimated to be 30-100 GPa from the fitting. This implies that the continuum model is applicable to the CVD grown CNCs.
