Abstract :
In this paper, three kinds of carbon nanotube (CNT) biosensors are introduced. Two of them use the carbon nanotube as a channel of the transistor and the bio molecule was detected as a change of the conductance of the FET. The other biosensor uses CNT as an electrode for the electrochemical reaction. The bio molecule was detected as an increase of the redox current because of the large surface area of CNT.
