Abstract :
Amblyopia is a common visional disease of children. At present the accuracy of subjectivity examination is low and the objectivity examination also has some disadvantages, such as strict environment requests, too much stimulating frequency and so on. So we need a stable and practical objectivity examination method to solve problems. This thesis takes a research on the basic principle of the amblyopia electrophysiology and the electric potential signal characteristic based on the P-VEP technology is discussed in the amblyopia objectivity examination, and the wavelet iterative optimization threshold value method is used to eliminate the noise during signal processing. Choosing appropriate some equipments, we design the amblyopia electrophysiology examination system based on P-VEP technology. Finally the experiment proves the feasibility and practicability of this system, which will be good to the research of the subsequent amblyopia objectivity examination method and individuation treatment.
