Abstract :
In this paper, a series of hospitals in China were selected, and patients in these hospitals completed the questionnaire to assess health service quality. In this survey, there are seven broad dimensions of service quality, namely: tangibility; reliability; responsiveness; assurance; empathy; technical quality; and medicine quality management. The quantity analysis was undertaken to describe current situation of health service quality in China. This paper described research undertaken to assess the quality of service provided by public and private hospitals in China
